Understanding and Relieving Your Anxiety
Your anxiety and/or panic is extremely uncomfortable. You need specific, neuroscience-based tools to calm your nervous system and find relief right away. I perceive your anxiety as a helpful warning communication from your body, a potent source of wisdom, that it senses a serious threat. This may result from a loss, something you’re afraid to live without, such as relationship, job, health, financial security. You may be experiencing chronic stress at home or work and feel trapped by it. Or you could be triggered by similarity to a previous circumstance or trauma, exaggerating your body’s response. Either way, anxiety interferes with solutions!
